Chocolate Espresso Oreo Brownies

Heaven In Your Mouth!

Espreso Oreo Brownies filled with espresso beans and crushed oreos

This Chocolate Espresso Oreo Brownie is a flavor combination that will sing joy in your mouth and have you coming back for more.  This decadent brownie is a chocolate lovers dream.  The espresso beans mostly melt when baking and adds just a crunch to enhance the chocolate flavor.  I bet you can’t eat just one!

This is my favorite brownie recipe and its almost close to ones found on your grocery store shelf!

I like to bake them into the new bake and slice brownie pans.  What’s awesome about this pan is they totally make slicing incredibly easy.  Every slice is near perfect with little crumbs and waste.  I have been such a fan on this pan when they came out and totally recommend them for any brownie or bar recipe!  Give these a try!

  1. Hi
I want to make this brownie recipe; however it is missing the egg quantity. Also can you substitute egg whites and if so how much?

    1. Hi Maria
Thank you for pointing that out and apologies. The recipe is for 3 eggs. Hmmmm, I have not tried to make brownies with just egg whites. A little fun food science, the whites are full of protein and do help with the structure but the yolks have the fat that gives the brownies a silky texture and firmness needed. They both work well together. I hope this helps and happy baking!
